Maddin Hauser Promotes John MacKenzie to Shareholder

Maddin Hauser Roth & Heller is pleased to announce John A. MacKenzie’s promotion to shareholder. 

An experienced trial attorney, John is a member of our Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory group. Routinely appearing in state and federal courts, he handles business and real estate matters, including general business and contractual disputes, business torts, shareholder oppression claims, supplier disputes, construction litigation, real estate commission disputes, land use and zoning issues, and other real property matters.

Before joining Maddin Hauser, John worked for regional firms and as in-house counsel for an insurance company. He previously clerked for the Honorable Richard Caretti of Macomb County Circuit Court. John was recognized as a 2022 Best Lawyers “One to Watch” in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and real estate law.
