MARK BREAUGH is an associate in our Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory group. His practice comprises a range of general business and civil litigation matters. Mark has experience handling construction litigation, and business issues concerning corporate governance.
Before joining Maddin Hauser, Mark was an attorney with a boutique firm handling a range of litigation matters in state and federal court for individuals and corporate clients alike. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Law and was vice-chancellor of WSU’s nationally acclaimed Moot Court program. As a student attorney for WSU’s Business and Community Law Clinic, Mark advised small business owners and start-ups on an array of corporate issues. During law school, he also clerked with a law firm specializing in health law and in the criminal division of the Michigan Department of the Attorney General. Mark gained invaluable insight into litigation and transactional work through his clerkships.
Prior to law school, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
