PAMELA M. SHAW concentrates her efforts in the areas of general and complex litigation, including mortgage and real estate litigation, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, collections, probate, and family law.
As a veteran paralegal, Pamela assists our litigation team in case preparation, including investigations, legal research, and all aspects of discovery, depositions, arbitration, and trial. Her work requires substantial client contact. Pamela drafts pleadings, motions, and discovery, and she prepares for and assists at trials. She has extensive experience in working with case management, database, and internet applications.
Pamela graduated from the University of Michigan and attended Michigan State University College of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section and the Oakland County Bar Association Paralegal Section. Pamela joined us in April 2008.
